RUNNERS!

Options
I'm in need of some good stretches that I can do daily. Some that might help stretch what we runners need to stretch lol.

I've been having troubles with my hip...but any exercises are appreciated (:

    It has really helped with my hip/ IT band issues.
    I would also highly recommend using a foam roller - it is really good with the IT band. I know you said that you are having a hip issue but the IT band runs from your hip to your knee so sometimes people get them confused.

    Are you talking pre, or post?

    Pre run, static stretches are a no-no. Search dynamic stretching for before your runs (basically plyos). I never "stretch" before a run. Light warmup, walk/jog for 90 seconds.

    Static stretching is OK post, but I tend to avoid it. That's my preference. Static stretching can do enough damage if don incorrectly, I'd rather just skip it.
