Hey there. Is everyone still interested in continuing this group?

I have been MIA for a while but I love being able to check in. I have a renewed sense of motivation and I am going to stop being afraid of success and challenges. I hope you join us and find your own success!

    I'll jump back in there with ya just to keep in touch :) Well, that and to lose the 2.6 I gained over Thanksgiving. I may actually try to shoot for a lower maintenance weight, as I am not entirely happy with where I am at. So I will update my goal later if I decide to do that :)

    I am going to join you all too, even though I am in another group. The other group has a lot of people and I only tried it because this one had stopped. Thanks EboniaA. I can always be in both but I am adjusting my goal for this challenge....:-)

    Hey Mollie and Jessica. So glad you guys joined. I also joined the December Weight Loss Challenge group. Why not!

    I am still recovering from my cold so I haven't worked out yet. I was very conscious of my thought process though. The laziness was imbedded in me and I need to shake it off. Usually when my husband is home I hang out instead of exercise but I think I'll leave him with the kids and go to the gym tonight. My first step toward achievement instead of excuses.

    Good for you Eboni! I see you joined the other one too! Good for you!

    I am going to the gym also this evening. Exercise is not my problem. I exercise 4 to 6 times a week. This month I am going for everyday doing 30 or more min of intential exercise. So far I have worked out every single day. I am in anothe challenge for that also. My 2nd month in it and I love it. They just count the workouts.

    Here is the link if you are interested in joining in. Last month I made the 21 days. I think it is good even if you don't make it this month. You have something to reach for and get you going anyways.

    Well, I am pleased to say that I was down 1.3 this week, so half of what I gained is gone.

    First congratulations to all of you who lost weight thus far. Way to go..
    Happy to report a loss of 1.5 pounds. Been very hectic for me lately and i hardly loggede onto MFP but i have been good with my food and exercise and running around trying to get everything done.. I guess that helped:bigsmile:

    I know the month is almost over, but would love to join if it is okay. I am doing P90X and today is the end of week 9 for me. I have been fluctuating between 209 and 213.5lbs. i even saw 208 at one time and it is so frustrating. I believe P90x is helping me tone up, but that's not the main reason I decided to do it. I started adding 30 mins walk/jog or 30D Shred everyother day in addition to P90X and am hoping the scale will start moving. Any, way, enough rambling. below is my stat for the month

    12/1/10
    213.5 ( 4lbs gain from thanksgiving)
    12/13/10----209
    12/27/10
    12/31/10
