My workout today was
10 mins on Elliptical 93 calories burned...Treadmill 16 mins 139 cals...Weights 2 reps Overhead Tricep 30 lbs...Pull down 70 lbs...Row 70lbs...Leg press first 2 reps 110 lbs,last 2 reps 130 lbs...Leg extension 60lbs...Arm extension 50 lbs...Seated leg curl 50 lbs...40 squats with 8lb ball . 120 sit up with 8 lb ball.120 reverse crunches. 1 min plank.120 torso turns with 8 lb ball. 60 heel touches. 50 side jack knives .50 leg raises..50 hip lifts. 100 side bend
its usually something similar to do that and I do boxing and running.
I have my food diary open i have a variety of foods that i eat.
since december i went from a 18 to a 14 and almost able to fit in a 12. I've lost 11 lbs total0
