Food ideas por favor!

What are you eating during the week? 1200 calories a day limits my options. Even if you're eating more calories per day, give me a list of food you eat in a typical work day?

    I am on 1200 a day too. I eat tons of fruit and veggies and exercise for extra calories.

    I'm on 1700 calories a day, but my diary is open. Feel free to look and ask if you have any questions. I leave notes for some meals.

    Oatmeal (low sugar), light fruit yogurt, lots lots of fruits and veggies. Broccoli,carrots, oranges and pears are some of my favorites haha. I like to have lean cuisines and light soups around the house for lazy days in. Canned tuna/chicken, egg whites, healthy lunch meats are good for protein and sugar free jello and light popcorn for snacks:)

    I'm at 1,320 currently but I often eat back 100-300 exercise calories each day. My diary is private, however I do eat 1,320 several days a week when I don't exercise (much) so here's today's food -- an example of what would be typical for me.

    Breakfast (7 AM)

    5 oz Fage Greek yogurt (plain, 0%)
    1/8 c quick oats
    1/2 tsp ground flaxseed
    1/3 c frozen strawberries (previously cooked down & refrigerated, but no sugar added)
    1/8 c chopped walnuts
    10 oz cup of coffee w/ a splash of milk and 1 artificial sweetener packet

    Lunch (11:30 AM)

    1 c cooked brown lentils with lots of spices/lemongrass/etc
    1 c Dole salad blend (iceberg lettuce & red cabbage and a few carrot pieces)
    3 baby carrots
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 TBSP chipotle ranch dressing
    Cadbury creme egg (yep, 150 cal of pure yummy evil)

    Mid-afternoon - 1 cup of Stash Double Spice Chai tea, "black" with nothing added

    Dinner (5 PM)

    2 egg omelette with
    1/2 c mushrooms & onions sauteed in 1/2 TBSP grapeseed oil
    1/4 c shredded 2% cheddar-jack blend
    2 red potatoes, chopped & boiled in 1/2 c organic veggie broth and lots of spices
    1/2 TBSP ketchup
