2 weeks in

I am new just need friends to motivate and challenge me.And also tell me when am going wrong.What I really want to loose is my back fat ????????,Flabby arms/bat wings and my love handles.Any suggestions,ideas.

    The only suggestion I would have is Google. I'm looking to loose weight also, but just in general, not from any specific area. If you go to a gym or have access to an elliptical machine, those are supposed to be good for your gluts as well as legs.

    The only way to get rid of that is to get to a lower body fat percentage. Just eat at a proper caloric deficit every day and lose weight, and eventually you'll get rid of all that pesky flab.
