Hi,
I'm new here as of today and expected to be keeping my food diary with paper and pencil so I'm please to learn about this site. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and unfortunately, since I've been non-weight bearing on the broken foot side, the joint pain on the weight-bearing side in the hip and knee is tremendous. I KNOW that if I want to lose weight I have to move, along with watching my food choices but man, it really hurts to move. Any low impact suggestions?

Welcome.
I agree .. swimming or just sitting in a firm chair (like kitchen/dining chair) and using a resistance band or weights (wrist and ankle weights) and working out that way until you can bear weight on that leg again.0
