Hi! I'm a 22 year old vet student looking for friends for motivation and wisdom! I have stopped and started this process so many times but I have logged for 20 days now and lost 6 pounds. I am ready to keep the weight loss train going. If anyone has any tips for how to plan meals for a busy student (I'm on campus from 7am to 6 or 7pm most days) that would also be appreciated!!

Hello! I'm 23, also a student. I am new to the website and to the weight-loss thing. I'll try to lose weight by exercising and by not eating too much... or too little!
I live on campus and try to go home for lunch. I always have soup in the fridge that I can heat in 3 min. I don't know if it would work for you though.0
