Hi there, I'm a new member (Male, 49 years old, Dutch, living in Spain) with a very specific objective (don't laugh): to showcase a 6-pack when I turn 50 later this year. I'm looking for like minded individuals (men and women) who are in that same age bracket and who are working hard at staying fit to feel good and look good :-) Let's be friends and support each other!     While losing weight for a martial arts competition I too have begun striving towards attaining a six pack.
