I run twice a day and do the stair climber and lift weights. I run always right after I lift weights. I only run for 20 min each time straight burning 300 calories each time. The stair master I burn around 290 calories for 20 min straight. I like to work out, I lost over 100 pounds. It is life changing. Recently, I actually gained weight. I do not know if it muscle or what? My pants fit the same?

Well how much did you gain? Maybe it's your scale.0

I heard this the other day... Weight loss / gain is 20% workout, 80% diet.
My doctor says if you're feeling fatigued then you're overtraining and need to take a few days off to recover.0 -
So you're working out like 60-90 minutes a day? Sounds okay to me so long as you've worked up to it gradually and it sounds like you probably have.
I do mostly cardio in the form of swimming, biking and running as I train for triathlon. There are studies that strongly suggest that large amounts of high intensity training can over years have a negative health impact. But I look at it this way, if I'm not doing this I'd be sitting on the couch eating pizza and that's not good for you either.0
