Gain since my daily KJ dropped

Hi all,
I am 3 1/2 weeks in to using the app and initially started on over 6100 KJ per day. I lost 4.1kg in my first 2 1/2 weeks and then my daily KJ dropped down to 5021 per day. I have been doing this for a week and weighed today and have gained a kilo ????
Any suggestions as to why ???

Weight fluctuates a lot - you've probably just caught the upswing. Have you eaten sodium heavy foods in the last day? Could easily be water weight. Keep at it, it'll come off again pretty easily.0

Weight fluctuates day to day & throughout the day. Most of your initial loss was water & glycogen stores. A healthy loss is .5–2 lb. per week. Don't panic. Just keep doing what you're doing for another week or two, then reevaluate.

The closer you are to goal, the more slowly you lose. You only have 20 lb. to go. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient!0 -

I lost 9 lb. in my first 2 1/2 weeks and then my calories dropped down to 1,200 per day. I have been doing this for a week and weighed today and have gained 2 lb.0
