Insanity

Im on week 8 of insanity, have lost 20lbs so far and Im already wondering what to fo next? Do it again? Try something new? How to keep losing weight or at least maintain it?

    I finished Insanity last weekend....I'm recovering now and am starting Insanity March 31st or a little later....I've got some friends on here that have just finished/finishing up Insanity now and we are trying to get on the same page. Asylum is next! :D

    Thanks lohpea. i have just ordered a new program called 21 day fix and will try to work on eating better and portion control to lose some more weight.
