Cheat day yesterday, should I change anything today?

Nope. Sounds like 1000-1500 calories over goal probably. You will make that up in no time if you stick to your plan this week.
Highly unlikely that she only went over her calories by this little, seeing as a typical slice of pizza from the food court at Costco is 600+ calories.

Ummm, well she still had her daily calorie allowance to eat first. If she replaced her meals with these foods that probably is all she went over...it's just math.0 -
I think we all have those days once in awhile. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just get back on track with your food and exercise plans and you will probably be okay. Good luck0

You should do the same thing you did the last time you had a cheat meal. Remember the honey bunches of oats and almond milk you couldn't believe you ate?? All 230 calories of it??
