I have just gone in kitchen to see what to make for tea time
ingredients I have
Chicken breast fillets
peppers
mushrooms
onions
plenty of different dried spices/herbs
stock cubes
(plus normal stock cupboard stuff)
what would you make need to feed 5 people would like low calorie if possible

This recipe may be a good start. You could aways nix the cheese and the vinegar if you don't have them or if the cheese has too many calories and/or fat. Tossing some onions and sautéing them with the mushrooms might be good too.

chicken stirfry with a side of rice - or you could roast or grill the chicken and make fried mushrooms with peppers like you would for a steak0
