forget about the time change
and work out until 3:30am? :grumble:

A good thing that came of it---
I leveled up on my box jumps! I was so stoked I did like 10 in a row in excitement
This is shocking that I pushed myself further without my trainer there.

Have a nice Sunday everyone

I did oversleep since my alarm clock isn't smart enough to change itself. Actually i'm pretty sure half the clocks in the house aren't right either still.

The last thing I'm doing at 3:30 a.m. is box jumps. I'm pretty sure at that hour that I'd miss the box and face plant. Please tell me there was coffee!

Nope, but I did wonder why the dog wasn't bugging me to let her out at 6:30. My phone changed its time and I didn't realize it until I looked at another clock.

It's funny I actually stopped doing my overnights because I wanted a "normal" sleep schedule

And now I'm falling asleep at 5am every day anyway
