Hey my neice gave me the link and I am going to give it a try. So far so good! It is just my second day and I am going to do my best to make this work for me.

    Thanks so much for the welcome and great job on quitting smoking. I dont smoke but my husband does and he has tried to stop, but just cant do it. I sure dont need anything else harming my health along with my bad eating habits.:frown:
