I have enjoyed seeing every ones before and after photos. So here are mine. My starting weight was 231....now I'm at 162lbs. :0)

    Wow Millesun, what an amazing transformation! And I'm taken back by how young you look now....like a kid! Couldn't tell which one was the teenager in one of the pics. Good for you!     How long did it take you to get down to 160? I started at the same weight and it took me 6 months to lose 20. I don't think I'll ever get down to 160. You rock!
