MFP Goal Complete. 30 day Log Streak

I have tried MFP before and have failed. Tried on paper and did ok. Back on MFP and actually liking it and using it. The Good / The Bad / The not my best effort is all here.

How is everyone else doing? How long of streaks? Is missing days ok?

    I never thought I'd last long with MFP... 953 days later, I'm still here and still loving it :laugh:

    Haha! my story too. I had joined in the middle of last year and lasted for about two weeks. I have only just started seriously logging in MFP since 15 days ago and I too am enjoying it. I realised I was getting inspired just reading everyone's blogs and success stories, and that MFP may actually be what I should have started a very long time ago. I also believe, that I held back and was afraid of being open, but I am finding a good bunch of supporters willing to help and to listen.

    I didn't bother to use MFP at first and just log in my exercises but when I had my first taste of what plateau means, that's when I decided to log my food too. Plus, I do 5:2 fasting so that means numbers really count. Now, MFP is part of my daily routine.
