    I've been on here for a while, but Just now ready to get serious! Add me! BTW, for all of you office workers, I have found that the under the desk pedal bike things are GREAT! I am getting my cardio in, while at work, without leaving my desk, and I have 3 pound weights to use on my arms...I can do this!
