2 years since weight loss progress

Hi guys! So, 2 years ago today I reached my goal for weight loss, losing a total of 124 pounds (8 Stone, 8 pounds - 56.2KG). I have managed to maintain my weight over the last 2 years, give or take 1 or 2 pounds the odd couple of weeks. So below are a few pictures of when I started my journey to lose weight 3 and a half years ago, then the last 2 years since my weight loss .. And finally pictures taken today! Have changed a fair old bit with my image over the last couple of years, but yes ... 124 pounds gone, 2 years later...Still gone!

    Thank you :). Starting out, I never thought I would not only lose weight but keep it off too .. Kicking all the bad food habits has been hard but worth it, can now do plenty of sport again!

    Congrats on your lifestyle change. This is what hard work and dedication looks like.. you have LOTS to be proud of with your transformation. I too have gone through the lifestyle change and live to tell the tale. I have been maintaining now for 5 years.     Awesome job! Its always great to see people succeed with their initial loss but its even more inspiring and amazing to see a success long term of keeping fit and keeping the weight off!
