    I agree with Leslie Nielson, he made the worst movies better.
    Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau, the grumpy old men movies are funny no matter what.
    Peter Graves: i only list him because he made the Airplane movies that much better

    As a comic (budding) I gleaned a LOT from Mitch Hedberg, Sam Kinison and George Carlin, geniuses in their own right and masters of the craft. Have to give props to Bill Hicks and Lenny Bruce for paving the way although I never found them to be funny but more salient and poignant as cultural critics, and that SADDENED me as they perfectly pointed out what no one wanted to see.
