Lost weight, gained it all back

A few months ago, my doctor diagnosed me with ADHD and gave me adderall.
I lost 15 pounds within 3 weeks, and I looked good. I was finally at my goal weight.
But now, I've been snacking and eating way too much because I've been depressed and I'm a binge eater. I gained 18 pounds back.
What's a good exercise/diet plan for a very sedentary beginner? I need cardio most of all, but I have plantar faciitis and can't run for very long.

As silly as it sounds, make small changes. Park far away, as in the last spot at each store. When you get up off the couch, walk around it twice and when you come to sit, walk around it twice more.
Each time you get up to do something, do some stretches.
Need to talk on the cell phone? Walk around and dont sit. If the sun is shining, walk up and down the sidewalk.
As you do this, your energy will increase. The idea of exercise will be less daunting.
Start small.
Start weighing food. Log all food and drink. You will get there!0 -

You will also notice that these added activities (and sunshine) can help with your depression. :flowerforyou:0 -
I hope you are off the pills now. If not, you should get off asap.
Cycling is great for people with plantar fasciitis. You can do stretches and exercises that help with the pain, too. Between stretches, exercising and a plant based diet, my plantar fasciitis pain completely went away, as if it had never been there.0
