Does anyone do low impact aerobics? Can you recommend any d.v.d.'s on this topic?

    I really like the Biggest Loser DVD's.........They show low impact as well as the high intensity. My favorites are the Boot Camp, Last Chance Workout, 8 Minute Body Blasters and the 6 week Cardio Crush. WalMart carries them.
