ETA: OP, why do you think you need to lose more weight? Judging from your profile picture you are already at a very fit and healthy weight.0 -
@amyrebeccah you are right..... so here is the answers to your questions....
1.MY stats: I worked out two months straight I lost 12 pounds from 156 to 144, and my stomach got flatter ( I do not know actual measurements because I could not take them) but I have relapsed since then and do not know my current weigh in.
2. I started January 22
3. what have I seen so far... lets see...
stomach got flatter
not much difference in muscle gain
body toned up a bit
4. At the gym: I have a routine so it looks like this
mon- 1 hour of cardio (treadmill bike elliptical ,track etc) and 30 min ab workout
Tuesday - 1 hour of strength training, 30 min of cardio
Wednesday - muscle relaxation day so yoga/ Pilates and core workout then 1 hour of very light cardio i.e walking
Thursday- 1 hour circuit training (aerobic type workouts)
Friday- 1 hour of cardio
Saturday- circuit training / abs
Sunday rest day
5.calories are about 1100 -1300 a day
6. NO on the wighing and measuring food
7. I love to run (treadmill or track workouts) , I love circuit training weight training yoga yoga yoga
8. honestly I like to eat everything that's my problem -__- and im a new vegetarian 7 months now so its hard for me to find healthy meals without meat0 -

I know it looks that way but that is an older photo my encouragement, I want to change my body completely go to a place ive never gone before0 -
I think you're calories are much too low for the amount of activity. your body got accustomed to the low caloric intake so you've hit a plateau. Add more calories.
Its counter intuitive but its better in the long run to increase the amount you burn rather than decrease the amount you consume.
