Hi there - decided to join today as I need something to keep track of my calories and also for general motivation. I am a chronic yo-yo dieter and just want to stop that unhealthy way of life. I really want to get to my goal weight in a healthy way and be able to maintain that - no matter how slow or how long it takes me. I have lost over 20 pounds already but have a fair ways to go - around 90 pounds. Hoping to find lots of good tips on here along the way :)
