Ok.. I like salads, but I hate salad dressing. Always have. So naturally, the usual lettuce, cheese, tomato, croutons gets old after a while. Any suggestions to switch it up without adding dressing?

You can add nuts or change up the lettuce type. Add raw kale, meats, etc... You can add corn relishes or salsa and tortilla strips to give a southwestern flare.

I love adding almonds, black beans, corn, toasted cashews, snap peas, and/or changing up the lettuce mixture to spinach and kale instead. Try adding more meat also to make it a meal. Shredded chicken mixed with a little hot sauce is really good!

You like any relishes or chutneys?
Otherwise, cottage cheese, avocado, nuts, seeds, boiled egg, meats, different herbs
