My Body is weird; Test results and need Help

My body weight likes to fluctuate from as low as 119 up to 130. I bought a Garmin 610 Heart Rate monitor, so I can keep track of my calories during workout (I don't want to under eat). With that said I got back from taking a exercise metabolic rate and resting metabolic test. The trainer explained some of it, but I did not retain the information he gave me.
Based off my results how come my body does not burn fat? I'm trying to drop around 5 pounds so that I can be 120 Lbs muscle flat.
I like to run 5k (3-4) times a week, and 10k at least once. Lifting light weights and super sets (1-2) a week.
I'm male, aged 19, and 5'7".
With this weight loss diet
I still feel a bit hungry at the end of the day. I eat 1800 calories, and I get at least 34 grams of fiber. Ever since I started this diet I've been eating less rice (surprise because I'm Asian haha), but I'm starting to bring it back (maybe I need more carbs?). What I don't get is how my test results match this? I eat very healthy; sticking to organics, and whole foods. Recently I've been having argues, and temptations which lead to my sweet-tooth.

I eat a strong breakfast one hour after I wake up (5-7 a.m.), a snack in between (9-10 a.m.) , lunch (12:30), a snack (3 p.m.), and than dinner (6:30-7:30 P.M.).
What do these test results mean? I'm trying to lose weight, but it looks like I don't burn much fat, and go right into sugar? Why is that? Does this mean my body has low fat? My RMR test is extremely low (I'm typically a mellow guy), but I run like a race horse and won't feel tired running (Running on speed 7-8 on the mill for 45min is standard)? Is this normal? I guess mind over matter. I feel hungry with 1400-1800 calories, and I'm starting to get a sweet tooth. How much calories should I intake? How do I lose weight? Help with understanding these results?

I'm not trying to lose weight, but fat. The reason I asked this question in the first place is because I might already be at the point where I have little fat and most muscle. Which might explain why I go right into sugar for energy.0 -
I think you need to eat more, you are a very active male. I already eat 2500 per day (woman, 26 years old, 5'11" and around 165 lbs)
You are eating around my BMR while working out.0 -
Just from glancing at your jpeg images, it seems like you might not be exercising at the right level to burn mostly fat. When you are working out at a low-to-moderate intensity your body will use fat stores more than if you work out really hard, according to the links you provided. That means that you should be running hard enough that you can still talk okay, rather than running as fast as possible. That will make you burn fewer calories, but more of them will be from fat stores. Does that sound at all like what your trainer told you?
Also... may I ask why you want to lose weight? You're not very heavy and you sound pretty fit. It's really hard to get a few pounds off of a skinny person!0 -
Assuming the numbers you are listing are lbs and not kilos, you are underweight. I cannot imagine how you expect to build any muscles while eating on a deficit and already being underweight. It makes sense your body cannot burn fat, since you do not have any Maybe it is time to replace a couple of days running with some strength training and eat more calories, to actually gain a bit?0

I want to maintain an ideal weight, instead of fluctuating. 120 LBS is actually still healthy weight at BMI: 18.8
Like a weight lifter you can be over the BMI and be considered "overweight", but be athletic, or healthy fit. Idea vise-versa with distance running,0 -
I think it was insignificant level of carbs, and low blood sugar that was causing me to be hungry. I'm going to increase that amount to see if my body will perform better.0

Your 5'7 male and go from 119 to 130... ya underweight there buddy.. eat more lift weights gain muscle.0

You could look up recommended diets for distance runners; I imagine some mix of simple and complex carbs is needed to fuel you for long runs (not just sugar).0
