Very new on here and slowly working my way around the site and 'my home' but have to ask a really silly/stupid question please that I just don't know the answer to.
They recommend 8 glasses of water per day but don't say how big a glass or give an indication of how much water per glass or in total for the day.
Also, is drinking the water instead of or in addition to the other fluids you normally drink, eg cup of tea or glass of juice?
Feel a real numpty but ..

One glass is typically 8oz of water. So you should be drinking 64 ozs. However, I always try to drink half my body weight (lbs) in water. I weigh 200 so I try to get 100 fl oz in per day0

Is this consumption of water in addition to your other drinks during the day like tea (or coffee)?0
