    Congratulations! What an amazing transformation! You look wonderful and should be proud that all of your efforts and planning paid off. Keep doing what you're doing because it's working! Also, that's some good looking pups you have in your pictures, really beautiful.

    Wow! Thanks for sharing what you did to lose the weight. I tend to over complicate things, so it was refreshing to see that you just ate what you wanted (while staying at a deficit) and did cardio 2 times per week. You are right, easy peasy - Anyone can do that! Thanks for the motivation and inspiration!
