um....yeah, hard work, dedication and determination. You won't find a quick fix that works. It is really simple, eat at a calorie deficit

You will be looking for a Thermogenic. I have used Xenadrine before and it really gives a kick. I fully support the use of these. If used as an aid and not the magic pill it will help you.

I found that it does give a ton of energy and curb's your appetite. I'm always using some sort of weight loss supp(That is a thermogenic).
  • I'm not looking for somethng that is a quick fit. I work out daily, just something to maxium the daily work outs & help with energy. I would say I eat pretty healthy
  • Defintily not looking for a MAGIC PILL I work out daily. Looking for sonmething to maxium the daily workouts..

Thermogenics will help. I know with me personally I have been stuck at the same weight for the better part of 2 months, and after adding a thermogenic and changing my diet back to what it should be, I'm starting to see results again. I personally have found some of the reps at GNC to be somewhat knowledgeable, and they might be able to get you a sample of a thermogeneic. Keep in mind that if you do decide to go this route, that it is a lot of caffeine in one thermogenic(depending on brand), so if you are caffeine sensitive, this might not be the route for you.

^Wrong. Evidence shows that you max out your metabolism boost at two cups for a limited total of 40 calories per day. If you put sugar in there, you're probably net 0.
