What are your goals for this month?

So I recently put on almost all the weight I lost pretty fast. I lost it rapidly and it was amazing...then I just slipped. Yesterday was healthy day though, and guess how much I lost? 3 POUNDS! In a DAY! This is a massive encouragement to me, I ate no processed sugar either (which is tough for me), and cut carbs back. But enough bragging. It has stirred me to get back on the proverbial weight loss horse, and set myself some goals.
This month I want to...
- lose 9 pounds to get down to my target (for now) of 9 stone
- well and truly kick the sugar habit for good
Just putting that out there. I will post on 11th April how I've got on, just for a little accountability. Hold me to it guys! They say 21 days is long enough to build a habit, so what will yours be?

    I think those are great goals! Good luck and I hope you reach them!

    Mine are simply:

    Hit weight of 130 (9.8 pounds to go!)
    And to run 36 miles (23.72 miles to go!)
