T25 Facebook group

I'm starting March 3rd or 10th. I was looking for a Facebook group without all the sales pitches. Anybody have any ideas? Also if you'd like to add me as a friend on here feel free to do so. I just want some help with motivation and accountability.

    It's the new Shaun t workout. It's only 25 minutes long.

    I'm sure if you do a Focus T25 search on FB you'll come up with a bunch of them. I intend on searching for some of those myself later. I'll let you know if I find any.

    I have challenge groups throughout the month and while I may post some Beachbody stuff on my like page, I keep it out of the challenge groups.
