At my heaviest I was 230lbs now I'm 179 and my goal is to be in the 150's. My height is 5'7". Photos are mixed of befores and afters.

  Yup that's where I was too, just a couple inches taller. Now I see what I have to look forward to. Awesome job!!! You look great.
