I am Tired!

I am tired of this,
I am tired of that.
I am fed up, self conscious...
I don't want to be fat!

I have given excuses,
Fed myself lies.
I have failed, and given up...
Through so many tries!

I want to succeed,
To realize my goal...
The way I've been going is hard;
On my body, mind and soul.

Here I am again,
A promise made to myself...
This time will be different,
I will achieve health!

I cannot deny,
My past self destructive ways...
I can however,
Log calories each day!

I will focus on health,
On stamina; to be fit!
I can do this,
I WILL NOT QUIT!

    why it's only quite logical
    to be healthy and fit.

    Your clothes fit much better
    and you feel better too,
    it's that inward go-getter
    that is coming out of you.

    And when people ask you
    how you got your ideal size,
    Just say, "Do what I do"
    Eat right and exercise!
