Lose weight fast and healthy

I am joining a challenge at work for six weeks and whoever loses the most body weight percentage wins 215 dollars for first place and 100 dollars for second place. I am going to be really good with calorie counting everything, and I aim to workout 6-7 days a week. Are there any other healthy tips for losing weight fast, but not liquid diets and crap that will only come back after I'm done. I want to lose weight and I want to be healthy and have it stay off.

Any tips would be appreciated! I am pre logging my day when I can and going off of that, so hopefully that will help.


And I am aiming for 9+ cups of water a day with no artificial sweeteners or sodas.

    There is no quick way dear :)

    Just keep doing what you are doing! You might as well do this the right way :flowerforyou:

    there's a really quick way to lose weight........consistency. As I tell people that I train you didn't put weight on over night, you're not going to lose it over night. Just make better choices with your food, log everything, and be active. Those three things alone will help you tremendously......also water water water water water water....I drink about 2-3 gallons of water a day and am never really hungry I only eat to fuel my body and keep it going.
