What's with your personalized ticker pic?

I've noticed the great variety of ticker images that people have and I decided to commit and personalize mine a couple of days ago and I love it. It is so much better than the generic one I was using before. It is motivational.

So I thought I would ask people what their ticker pic meant to them/why they chose it?

And to get things started my pic is one I took of my husband on a paddle board last summer when we were visiting the lake. My entire family was able to get the hang of this thing but I could not. Because I didn't want to be on display while humiliating myself (many spectacular falls) I practised at night when the boats were less likely to be cruising by but despite having some small victories it felt awkward and hard the whole time. I chose this pic because I love the whole lake experience and THIS year I am going to be able to get up on that thing and paddle at the same time!

    No particular meaning. Got a new camera, and was taking lots of photos, I like the composition of it.

    Passionate scuba lady here. I just love manta rays...had the privilege to dive with one almost every day last year in Sharm and I think they are gorgeous and elegant.

    I changed mine when I saw this thread. It's my 1972 Capri 2600. I'm restoring it and it's almost done. Putting the pic there reminds me that I need to get to work on it now that there are warmer days.
