Combination of cardio and weight lifting. Both are important.0

Either reduce the amount of calories you consume, increase the amount of calories you burn or a combination of the two. There is no easy option.0

I just got back from meeting with a personal trainer just an hour ago. She gave me a set of upper and lower body exercises to do on weight machines and with dumb bells and a couple of standing and wall exercises and a floor exercise. That coupled with my diet plan and walking, and she said I should see some results in 4 weeks. Probably not much, but at least it's a beginning. I'm sure we'll be tweaking it in a few weeks. I know it won't be easy, but nothing in life you really want is.1
