I'm new to the whole smoothie thing.and so as a starter I tried the beginners luck green smoothie, and it tasted amazing!
And I would like to try some new recipes, so if anyone would like to share some that would be nice!

So I recently just put a bunch of stuff in a blender and it came out tasting like..... JAPANESE POP CANDY. I was so happy XD.
ingredients:
1-2 cups of spinach
1 grapefruit (squeezed into the blender)
1 cup of mixed berries (frozen)
100g of oikos strawberry greek yogurt
It taste great, try it0 -
This one I drink often. Sounds a little gross but tastes so good.
Chocolate covered bananas and strawberries shake
1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese
1/2 banana, frozen
3-5 strawberries, frozen
Ff/sugar free hot chocolate mix
3-4 pkts Splenda
1/3 c (or more) spinach
1 c of cold water or low fat milk of choice
Blend well and enjoy. I do this in a personal blender and it makes one serving of around 225 calories0
