To build muscle, look up Geoff Neupert. Follow his instructions accordingly. (Hint: You will need a pair of heavy kettlebells.)
To lose fat, look up Marianne Kane. Follow her instructions accordingly. (Hint: You will need a moderate-weight kettlebell and a heavy kettlebell).0 -

And in the gaining muscle scenario you need a caloric surplus, and to lose fat you need a caloric defciit.0 -
If you've ever checked out DailyBurn. They have a KB series on there which is pretty good. The first segment takes you through a couple of cornerstone moves, most important, the swing, which can be utilized a number of ways. It's improtant not to start too heavy when you start since a lot of energy is spent controling the bell. I enjoy KB's and work them into a lot of my workouts. My advice is to take the time to learn the right techniques, then let'r rip. Nice thing is, if you are focused on loosing weight, you can throw your swing in between exercises. It can really get your heart rate up. Mind you, I'm not a trainer, or an expert but I use them a lot and I'm seeing results.0
