Anyone on MFP also working on the Daniel plan? I'd like to find a virtual small group to join...

    I'm thinking about it because my church's Health Ministry is going to try it during the Lenten season. How hard is it?

    I know several who have done a 21-day Daniel fast. but I have seriously been looking at it as a way of eating. keep me in mind if you start a group.

    I just joined MFP and have been on the Daniel Plan since January 6th. I've lost 23 pounds and many symptoms. There are a couple of good support groups on Facebook.
