I've been using MFP for a while now, off and on, but I am back, and ready to continue to get to my goal and maintain it. I need help through motivation. I quit smoking three weeks ago (smoker for a LONG time), when I started my Vemma cleanse. I also cut out all of the unnecessary garbage I was eating, and now I only drink water. I joined a gym and have been going a lot.

Congrats on quitting smoking you should be very proud of yourself! That's the hardest thing to ever do, trust me I did it 6 months ago! Feel free to add me. Good luck on your journey!
