This is possibly the least significant thing ever but I finally hit my protein macro! I'm supposed to get 97 grams and I got 99! I've been having the hardest time hitting it but a can of tuna, an egg and some greek yogurt got me there! I'm so excited that I now have a full proof way to hit it that's pretty low cal and easy to fit into my day :)

    Awesome! It takes some work to fit in 97 protein without going over on calories.
    And yeah, those are three of my basics too.

    There is no such thing as a tiny NSV...anything that pushes you towards your goal and helps you realize that you can do this is a big NSV...So congrats!!!:drinker:
