How many cals does "sedentary" setting add to your BMR?

I am wanting to set my fitness level at sedentary and manually add back my exercise at the gym along with my calorie burn readout from my Nike Fuelband. But I don't want to add the "everyday" calories burned twice, so i want to subtract what MFP adds to your BMR when you say you are sedentary.
If it helps, I'm 5'9, 202lbs, 28 year old female.
Thanks!

It's a multiplier. For sedentary, I believe it's 1.2x your BMR.0
