Anyone able to share what they use on their salads, any simple homemade recipes? :) I would like something that will go with chicken salad.

    I love using balsamic syrup on my salads, it comes in red, champagne, vanilla, orange and is available at my local italian grocery store though most stores now carry the red balsamic. It is basically balsamic vinegar that has been reduced so it is low calories and lots of flavour.

    I also enjoy lemon juice mixed with a little dijon mustard, a little minced garlic and a tsp of honey, yummy
