Hi, second week of tracking foods, first visit to the message boards today and first post :-)

I am here to lose weight and get healthy- like most people here. I weigh 102kgs (225lbs) and want to lose 22kgs (48lbs) minimum. Ideally I would like to get back to around 75-78kgs but 80kgs (176lbs) is my goal for now.

I have spent the morning changing settings to my liking and learning to navigate around the site so here we go... time to kick this fat and get healthy!
