Hello everyone. I have been using MyFitnessPal for about a month now. I have lost 9lbs so far but would like to do much better this month. Any suggestions? I am a mother of 3 children ages 3, and 8 month old twins. After the twins I just cant seem to get rid of this weight. It took me almost 3 months to lose the first pound. Very frustrating for me. I need to lose a total of 43 so I have 34lbs left. I can not afford a gym but I do have a tredmill and some workout vidoes at home. I really would like to be at my goal weight by my birthday which is March 5th. So any suggestions would be so welcome.

Just keep at it!! You'll get there. The treadmill and DVDs are a great option. If you get bored with the ones you have, check your local library and see if you can check out different ones!0

Another great place to get new workout videos is on YouTube! They are free and some of them are really great!

You're doing great! The healthiest option is slow and steady. I've never had a gym membership and have accomplished a lot. You don't need a gym. I have a lot of different videos and I love to run and bike. Have fun with it. Even if all you do is turn on some music and dance around the living room with your kids, that is GREAT exercise.
Amazing things happen just by eating right. Just relax and have fun with. It doesn't have to be miserable.0 -
Come by the library, I have a couple of Leslie Walk off the Pounds videos. Your welcome to check them out for a different exercise. I think your doing great too. Keep it up. :happy:0
