Exercise goal tracking on MFP

sorry if this is a stupid question....when you put your goals as (lets say) 90 minutes a week and want to burn x amount, when does the week reset?

for instance, I worked out Sun, Tue, today and will again on Sat. I consider that 4 times this week but I can't seem to figure out what day this site resets your goals back to zero. from what it looks like now, it doesn't look like it's counting my sunday as part of this week.
