28 year old goes from size zero skinny jeans to 3 almost 4

hi it's been a rough winter here in Canada so I haven't been able to be outside a lot, a few months back I had to up my size jeans to 3, now im almost into a four.

I don't feel good about myself anymore and would like to be more fit, maybe go back to a size 2, or 1, but have no motivation to do so.

when I am home I drink pop or for a snack chips or something with sugar in it, I have tried salad but that doesn't work.

My boyfriend live in town so I go walking with him, but its been too cold to go out so we mostly stay in.

please help.

    Feel free to add me if you'd like! You don't have to go outside there's plenty of things you can do inside to get fit again if you don't go to the gym. You can do things like when you're just watching tv, during the commercials you can do situps or another workout until it comes back on. It's small but it makes a difference. Get creative with it! :) And as for the soda and chips, just keep it to a limit and you're good. No one can eat salad all the time. Best of luck!
