Need ideas for tasty leftover cold chicken

While at work I typically have to carry around chicken in a ziploc and eat it when I can, no ability to reheat. This usually involves me inhaling it to avoid the terrible slimy taste! I know some of you out there must have good chicken rubs/ marinades that still taste good cold/ at room temperature. Thanks!
