When you don't see physical changes

I weighed myself today and I'm at the lightest I've been in about a year and a half, and I'm down 15lbs from when I weighed myself a month or so ago and was like "Holy crap, no. No. No no no." and then joined MFP and began counting calories shortly after.

Yet I don't look or feel any different. I've been taking measurements and I haven't lost any inches anywhere. Where did the 15lbs come from? I've been joking with my husband that I must actually have a hollow leg that isn't being filled up anymore. This is ~10% of my starting weight, so it's not like it's a small blip on a big weight loss radar screen.

Anyone else experience this?

Most of the weight you lose initially is extra water weight. When it slows down, then you will start burning the fat and seeing inches disappear.
