Wondering if anybody has taken these recently and whether or not they may be useful at speeding/aiding weight loss. I have only just started looking at some from boots as they are a reputable company, not looking at dodgy Chinese companies on E bay.
- What are the dangers?
- Ive heard some contain a lot of caffeine?
- My diet has a lot of sugar (attempting to sort that) will they help reducing those types of carbs?

Diet pills aren't the solution. If any diet pill worked, even remotely the whole world would be using them, honestly. Unfortunately, there isn't a magic cure for weight loss - you HAVE to put in the work in order to be successful, it's as simple as that. The best way to lose weight is to control what you eat and how much you move.
If you decide that a low-carb diet is right for you, then you need to give all of that stuff up (it's not that hard, I practice a LCKD).0
